Though the setting is bizarrely confusing until the middle half of the episode — no spoilers here! — Black Mirror fans were amused by the show’s apparent journey to the past, as most episodes only play with the future. Now the show’s creator Charlie Brooker has indulged viewers in an “San Junipero”-themed Spotify playlist featuring tracks that are heard in the show — “Heaven Is a Place On earth” and “Walk Like an Egyptian” — and some didn’t make it in “for rights/ other reasons,” Brooker says.
