Aidan, electrician at Hart Services was wonderful. Aidan was on time, professional and well-spoken. We thought our electrical problem was too small for a Hart technician, but Aidan assured us that a home electrical concern is never considered a small problem. The problem...the burners on our 2021 infusion range stopped working.

After his first review, the appliance technician told us to call an electrician, so we called Hart. Aidan was our Hart electrician. After a complete and complex electrical diagnosis, Aiden discovered the oven range defect lied with this appliance. I now will place return a call to the appliance technician. Aidan left complete electrical notes for us to share with the appliance technician. We are extremely happy with Hart and so very thankful to Aidan.

They were professional and good value. Signed up for their warranty program and highly recommended. We have had two calls now at our new home purchase and have had the same excellent experience.

David came and fixed our electrical problem quickly and professionally. He is kind and polite. He answered our questions and curiosity satisfactorily.
We will call Hart Electrical Services again without hesitation and they were by far the most reasonably priced electrical company out there.

I asked for them to come and look at the light in my master bathroom. The light was not staying on and working correctly. I figured it might be an easy fix. They got it figured out and working. I also felt comfortable signing up for their monthly Maintenace program. Felt it was a good value. I felt comfortable with them. I do not normally like having contractors come to my home. I often feel I cannot trust contractors, since having some bad experiences before in the past or that they are trying to rip my off or over charge me, But I did not feel that way with the Hart's technicians that came out today. They were polite and were not rushed in their service, they were on time.

I recently hired a plumber, and I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my plumbing and explained the repair process to me in a clear and understandable way.

Not only did they fix the problem promptly, but they also took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly before they left. My kitchen drain in my rental unit was clogged, so I called them using their "$93 or its free" promotion (ie $93 to fix the clog or it's free, and they will provide an estimate for recommended services). The plumber gets to the house and says he attempted to snake the pipe, it did not work, and recommends that I replace the all the pipes running from the sink to the sewer, at a cost of $8,000. I told him I would think about it... He still charged me $130 (eventually refunded).

I later talked to my tenant who told me that he did not even try to snake it, but only put a camera down the drain. (Of course, I cannot independently verify this, but I tend to believe my tenant over the guy who tried to sell me $8,000 worth of unnecessary BS)

I called another plumber (Conan's Drain Cleaning) who sent someone out that day, snaked the pipe, and fixed the blockage for $250.

I spoke to a customer service representative about this problem; she told me that a supervisor would call me soon (he never did). I submitted a complaint through their website, and they refunded my money, but never explained themselves, and I never got that callback from the supervisor.

I see that I am not the only one this has happened to. I find it weird that Yelp has their approval rating at 3.5, while Google has a 4.8 rating (draw whatever conclusions you may). If you have a clog in your drain, I highly recommend you call Conan's Drain Cleaning. They are professional, courteous, and do a great job. No shadiness, upselling, or trying to take advantage of you.

I was very disappointed with this company. My kitchen faucet broke and we decided to go ahead and replace the whole sink along with the faucet. I bought the sink and faucet at Lowe's and just wanted Hart's to install them. I asked for an up front ballpark figure for installation and they said the technician would work up a quote when he got there. I was expecting around $600. It's a straightforward kitchen sink install, nothing weird.

They quoted me $2400. For a kitchen sink and faucet install.

I nearly fell out of my chair. They offered financing and I chuckled inside and politely declined. I could not believe my ears. They never showed me a price list or really explained what justified such an absurd quote for a simple 2-3 hour job.

The technician, Ricky, to his credit, was very polite. I have a feeling this is just the company's marching orders. I don't understand why there is not transparent, up front pricing. Had they told me two days prior it would that expensive, I would not have wasted two days waiting for them to come out.

I am honestly shocked and would never trust them to give a reasonable quote on anything. I've spoken with many folks since and they have all scoffed at how absurd this quote was.

My friend and I installed the sink and faucet last night ourselves, took three hours and some YouTube videos. Saved myself $2400. Will not be calling Hart's again.

Jordan did a wonderful job explaining what needed to be done with our tankless water heater and even came up with an innovative solution to keep our water running hot. He also let me know about their financing options and their maintenance plan that will be saving my household a ton of money. We are looking forward to our water bill going down. He was here less than 3 hrs and everything was left working to perfection He also explained to me that with the maintenance plan they reach out to you to do any maintenance that needs to be done, so you don't have to rely on your memory. They do water heaters, plumbing, and electric. Highly recommend! Thank you Jordan B.!

Very easy 5 star review. I called about some plumbing issues that my husband and I were having. They responded in a timely manner and most importantly kept their promises on when they would arrive. The tech that showed up was super helpful, professional and put my mind at ease (I was worried it was going to be a big problem). Then a woman in the office, Livi, called to follow up and she was so thoughtful and helpful.

Great service is hard to come by but its even better when the prices are reasonable and the staff actual cares.
