A man in Stockton, California rode his bicycle through the drive thru of the Mexican restaurant El Forastero last Thursday and ordered a water. But then, he asked the worker if they could fill his water cup with soda instead.

Obviously the restaurant refused, which caused this man to ride his bike to the other side of the restaurant, whip out a lighter, and set one of the walls on fire!

Thankfully the restaurant didn't burn down and nobody was injured, but the building did suffer a lot of damage. According to CBS Sacramento however, the restaurant will be forced to shut down while repairs are being made.

Police are still looking for the suspect.
